What we collect
AvaSkill Academy collects the information needed to run the site and provide learning services. This includes your name, email, course progress, exam results, and booking details. For tutor applicants, we also collect education documents submitted as part of an application.
Tutor application documents
Tutor documents are kept private and are never published. They are deleted 30 days after a rejected application, or earlier on request.
Certificate verification pages
Certificate verification pages show name, course, date, and status. If an account is deleted, the page shows “certificate withdrawn”.
Sharing your data
No personal data is sold or shared except as needed to run the site, including hosting, email delivery, and payment processing by the gateway.
